Unable to create new document from https://products.aspose.app/words/editor

i am unable to create new documents from the URL https://products.aspose.app/words/editor. i have tried in both Chrome Version 135.0.7049.115 (Official Build) and Firefox Version 137.0.2 there is no error. when the “Create New Document” button is selected nothing happens
