Trouble Accessing Premium Features After Upgrade

Hello,

I recently upgraded my account to premium one.
It is still treating me as free user even though the account correctly shows premium user.
I was asked by sales email to report issue here.

This is the message I get

Limit exceeded

We’re sorry, but we couldn’t process your request because the total size of the files you uploaded exceeds the limit. Please try again with smaller files, or consider upgrading your subscription plan for higher limits.
