Transparancy in GLB files

Hey,

I try to transform jpg files into GLB. The image has transparent background (in the middle). It generates the files, but adds a black background. My question is: is the tool able to produce 3D images that have transparancy to them?

I also tried with PNG files. Not working either.

To clarify, are you experiencing this issue with an online free app or with a backend API? This information will help in troubleshooting the problem.
Could you please also share the problematic and the output file.

We have confirmed an image with alpha channel will cause black background in the GLB file, and this has been fixed.
