I have successfully used Apose PDF to PGN converter for months. Recently, like the last 2 to 3 weeks to converter rarely works. It will let me upload my files, the blue dots appear as if converting but the process stops here. Please advise.

I can not share the files due to confidentiality. It is happening with numerous files. The files contain text and photos. I successfully used the converter for months prior to this problem. Have there been any recent updates I could be missing? I have a monthly subscription but will need to cancel if the program will not produce png files I can successfully upload consistently.
Please take a look at this output.jpg (163.3 KB) generated from this sample.pdf (190.9 KB). Therefore, we need a problematic source file to reproduce the issue.
I am seeing the exact same thing with both the PDF to PNG and PDF to OneNote converter on every file I try. The spinner runs forever and never finishes. Here are the error messages I am getting in the browser console:
Access to fetch at ‘https://api.products.aspose.app/note/api/conversion’ from origin ‘https://products.aspose.app’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request’s mode to ‘no-cors’ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
POST https://api.products.aspose.app/note/api/conversion 504 (Gateway Timeout)
This is happening in multiple browsers.
Could you please share the problematic file? We’ll then investigate this issue at our end.
