No barcode found

Hi, I’ve tried scanning a barcode but get the message ‘No barcode found’.

Am I doing something wrong?

I’ve attached the barcode image I used.

You are doing everything right.

We have attempted to recognize this barcode using a variety of presets and different readers, but unfortunately, we have been unable to obtain a result. It is possible that the image is damaged or distorted, or it could be a barcode type that is unfamiliar to us. Would it be possible for you to provide us with an image of higher quality or perhaps offer more information about the type of barcode it is?
