Loss of space between blocks of text

Hi,
after some tests of our documents in HTML format on your online converter (Convert Documents Online (aspose.app)) we found loss of space between blocks of text. In the attached figures, the blocks are indicated by the number 2.
Could you comment on these problems and is it possible to fix them in the near future?

We have attached the original document in HTML and PDF formats, screenshots of the display of the original files in Chrome and Acrobat Reader applications, and screenshots of converting result to MS Word.

This issue seems identical to this one. So, we are already investigating the space/margin and unsupported characters issue in the resultant document.
