Looking for information on the Audio Compress Product

I am a beginner API user but I am trying to use an API request along with Make.com to compress an audio file before sending it to the Open AI API for audio transcription.

I found this page Compress API file Online App - Free Online API file Compressor but I could not find any more info within the API documentation.

Specifically, I would need to know the following to connect to Make.com:
The API URL
Necessary Headars / Authorization
Body Type
Body Parameters
