Problem: I created an email via the website and downloaded the .msg version. It is not downloading when I send it as an attachment or upload via Google Drive.
Any solutions are highly appreciated. A little urgent. Its very important.

Could you please provide the problematic .msg file and the specific app link that is causing the issue? We will investigate this further on our end.

Cannot upload .msg file. Hence attaching the drive link for the file.
Not sure about app link. The file was created using the website. Here is the link Free Online Email Editor

We tried following steps to reproduce the issue:
- Created a new email
- Saved/downloaded it as .msg file from the app
- Sent the downloaded .msg file as attachment to an email
- Recipient was able to download it
Could you please explain if we missed any step? It would be great if you can share a screencast of the issue.

Please take a look at this screenshot (6.3 KB). We can save the file. It looks like the issue is in your Mail app. Can you reproduce this issue when sending this MSG file using Gmail?
The file is downloadable from Gmail but still not accessible. This is the issue with the .msg file only.
I can access the EML files very well from both outlook and gmail that were downloaded from this amazing site.
Also, can you please share that file with me that you shared the screenshot for?

Do we have any update over this issue. A little urgent. It would be great if we can come to a conclusion with this.
Also, let me know if you feel this we this issue will be resolved if I get the premium version
