Generating EAN 13 code gives with scanning tool the EAN without 0

When i have generate a EAN 13 barcode and after that I scan it. The result comes without the 0 at the start.

What goes wrong?

Nothing wrong here. EAN-13 barcode with 0 at the start recognized as UPC-A code (which is basically EAN-13 with zero at the start). If you want to force EAN-13 recognition you can set particular type in drop down or use particular page for EAN codes.
