Do you have any feedback about this issue?
If I pay for support, can you provide an estimate deadline to fix the issue?
@everaldo
Thank you for your patience while we investigated this matter further. After a detailed analysis, we’ve confirmed that the issue occurs because the specific function needed to process your document is currently disabled. This is due to its high system resource consumption, which is why we enable it only in select cases.
We’re actively working on optimizing this function to reduce its resource usage. While this is a complex task with no definitive ETA yet, we’ve decided to make it available by default for all paid users. This change will be rolled out by the end of next week.
We truly appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated on any progress. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
@everaldo
We’re glad to inform you that the functionality you requested is now fully implemented and available in production.
However, due to the significant computational resources required for this feature, it is currently enabled only for paid users.
We understand this might not be the ideal solution for you, and we’re still working on optimizations to make it more widely available in the future.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Let us know if you have any questions!
What version was the feature released in? How do I enable it in my environment?
@everaldo
I now understand there may have been some confusion. Please note you’ve contacted the support forum for Aspose.Words web applications (available at Online Apps, On Premise and Cloud Solution for Word Documents). Since your question was about document conversion, we assumed you were referring to our Conversion web app.
However, based on your question about versions, it seems you might actually be asking about the Aspose.Words class library. If that’s the case, I’d be happy to transfer this discussion to the appropriate support forum for the library.
Could you please confirm:
This will help us direct your inquiry to the right team for faster resolution.
Hello,
Sorry for the confusion, but I’m referring to the Aspose.Words class library.
