Conversion from .pst to .eml Failede

I tried to convert a .pst file (31GB) to an .eml file but got an error message as per attached PDF upload.

Is there a size limit for the Aspose conversion tool?

My Old Outlook now automatically opens New Outlook without giving me the option to open Old Outlook so I no longer have access to the .pst.
