Bug Report: Converter from OneNote to PDF with Arabic and Hebrew Languages

I am writing to report a bug I found in the converter from OneNote to PDF when using Arabic and Hebrew languages. When attempting to convert OneNote files that include Arabic or Hebrew text, the converted PDF document has incorrect formatting and the text appears scrambled and unreadable.
