Aspose.CAD access failure with "Aspose Total Premium subscription"

Hello,
I can’t use the premium benefits. After logging the system tell me "The user’s rights to this action coul not be verified. Please can you reset and unify my Asposse’s accounts?
My name is HECTOR QUESADA, and my eMail is hector_quesada@telefonica.net. My ID is correctly identified in Dashboard and Containerize as premium user.
