Always allow Transparency Pickner

Hi Aspose,
On this page:
Free Online Resize Images, Photos, Pictures with High output Quality (aspose.app)

Sometimes I have the option to choose a background color and othertimes not.

Can you please make it so that option is always available?

TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Go here:
    Free Online Resize Images, Photos, Pictures with High output Quality (aspose.app)

  2. Pick any file

  3. Select Dimensions

  4. Enter any width.

  5. Enter any height.

It is not until you complete step 5 that the background color picker appears:

The picker should always be available and the default should be transparent.
