- Unsupported AI features – certain Illustrator constructs (e.g., live effects, complex clipping masks, linked raster images, newer AI versions) are not yet fully supported by the PSD viewer.
- File size / complexity – very large or heavily layered AI files can exceed the internal processing limits.
Next steps you can try

Verify the AI file locally
- Extract the ZIP, open BR_-_MATERIAL_DE_APOIO.ai in Adobe Illustrator, and confirm that it displays correctly.
- If it opens fine, try File → Export → Export As… and choose Adobe Photoshop (PSD). Then upload the exported PSD to the PSD app to see if it works.

- Remove any linked raster images or complex effects, then save and re‑upload.

- The exact Illustrator version used to create the AI file.
- The file size and number of layers.
- Whether a PSD export of the same document works in the PSD app.
