Could you please also share the problematic file?
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, the drawing data for our Flowchart App is stored in your browser cache.
Did you clear your web browser’s cache? If you have extremely important drawings, we suggest you export the XML content through ‘File->Export As->XML’ on the toolbar. Next time, you can import the XML content back into the Flowchart App via the web browser.
You could also check the history on the right side of the toolbar for any records of your drawings.
