Simple DataMatrix can be read by competitors but not your product

Hi

The attached image shows a simple DataMatrix encoded with the data ‘123123412345’

This DataMatrix can be read by a phone app, one of your competitors but, no matter what the settings used, can’t be read by the BarCode function.

This doesn’t seem a particularly hard code to read. We tried your online demo with no success either.

It would be great to get some feedback on why this code can’t be read.

Could you please share the expected output?
