Saving metadata undefined error

Hi - When I try to save the metadata once edited , it comes up undefined error. Can this be fixed?

Could you please share the problematic Email file that you uploaded to the app and steps to reproduce the issue?

Hi - Problematic email attached, although it seems to do it with every email uploaded.

Steps:

  • Upload email
  • Edit text in body of email
  • Click save
  • Error page appears.

I have attached the relevant email in a zip file as your system won’t let me upload an MSG file on its own.

Using this Email editor application, we uploaded the provided MSG, edited text and downloaded it. Have a look at this screenshot.png (49.2 KB).

Thanks, but I want to adjust the actual sent date of an email, which is possible on the meta data app. Why wont the app work?

This issue is reproduced at our end. We are now investigating it. Your investigation ticket ID is EMAILAPP-497.
