Remove background noise fails to upload audiofile for processing multiple times

On several occasions the free app worked well and was very helpful. For the past few weeks, however, the uploading of audiofiles gets stuck at 60%. Very grateful if this problem could be solved. If there any regulation about the naming of files to be processed?
