Actually, it happened twice today. Still discovering the site and I really hope I didn’t lose both files.
The computer suddenly shut down (because of electricity), while I was still editing the Word file on the site. I didn’t save it thinking that it was auto-saved. But now I have no idea where or how to find it again.

Unfortunately, there is no auto-save feature in the Editor app (Document Editor Online).
This is a known issue. And this feature is still under development.
If you did not click the Download button during the editing process, then it is impossible to recover unsaved data.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I understand. No problem, the site is still helpful and I will try to manually save files next time.
