To what output format you are trying to convert this Word file? Are you using our free web app or the on-premises one.

Our company bought a license for Aspose.Total. We use “on-premises”.

We are investigating this issue at our end with ticket ID WORDSAPP-135. You’ll be notified in case of any update. However, please note that all the on-premises APIs support/issues are handled here.
