PDF to HTML file is not converting input fields

Hi,

You have great product and I am exploring your product PDF to HTML converter to convert few PDF forms. Most of the input fields are not getting converted to HTML input fields and they stay with a white space. Can you please suggest me a fix for this? or Is there any commercial license I should take to fix this problem.
