PDF TO CSV is BLOCKED

Hello everyone I expose this problem, from this morning I want to convert pdf files to cvs as usual, but the page remains in infinite loading.
Help me

There was a temporary issue. However, we can now convert the PDF to CSV but the resultant CSV is blank. We have logged this issue in our internal issue tracking system with ticket ID PDFAPPS-2600. You’ll be notified in case of any update.
