PCL5 to PDF rendered incorrectly

I am a potential customer looking to convert PCL5 to PDF. I am looking for a solution that will convert the PCL5 file to any format that can be printed on a modern printer (PDF, XPS, JPEG, ect.) I tried to use Appose to convert the PCL5 file to PDF, however it is not properly formatted. I have attached the PCL5 file, the expected result, and the actual result to this message.
