I upload in Free Online Email Editor an MSG format.
I delete an exist file .pdf and attach a new file .pdf. It seems to work.
After I download the result in MSG format the old file was been remove but the new file has no attachment.

Could you please share the problematic MSG/Email file? We tried to reproduce this issue at our end using sample MSG but it worked without any issue. We added two attachments and when downloaded the MSG file both attachments were available.
