I am trying to merge DICOM files into one single DICOM file but I can only do it 10 files at a time. Is there a paid version of the Merger App that i can purchase to be able to merge a larger number of files?

Furthermore, I’d like to emphasize that this free web app is developed on top of the backend API, like the Merge DICOM using C# example. You can also explore it (if you are intended to develop your own DICOM merge app).
