LaTex to Docx: "# <= 10 files" warning shown despite only 1 uploaded file

Uploaded only 1 .tex file to be converted into .docx file. The warning showed up as below:
Number of files should be equal to or less than 10.
Please advise.

Can you please share the problematic TEX file? Are you using this web app for the conversion purpose?
