Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Aspose’s online tools for document conversion and processing, but I’ve recently run into some issues that I hope someone here can help with.
I primarily use the PDF to Word and Excel to PDF converters, but I’ve noticed that:
- PDF to Word conversion – The output Word file sometimes has formatting inconsistencies, such as misplaced images, incorrect font styles, and broken tables. This happens even with relatively simple PDFs that don’t have complex layouts. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions to improve accuracy?
- Excel to PDF conversion – Some of my Excel sheets have charts and embedded images, but when converted to PDF, the charts are either missing or appear distorted. I’ve checked my Excel settings, and the charts display correctly before conversion. Is there a recommended workaround for this?
Additionally, I encountered an error message saying “Conversion failed due to an unexpected error” when trying to convert a large PDF (around 50MB). Are there any size limitations for free users, or could this be related to something else?
I’d appreciate any insights from those who have worked with Aspose’s tools extensively. Also, if there are specific settings or best practices to follow for better conversion results, I’d love to hear them!

Thanks in advance for any help!
