Files disappear after upload – Word Merge tool not working

Hello,

I am a subscribed user of the Aspose Word Merge online tool.

Since yesterday, I am experiencing a malfunction when trying to merge Word documents.

Here is what happens:

  • I select and upload multiple Word (.docx) files.
  • The files appear correctly in the upload area.
  • After a few seconds, all uploaded files disappear automatically.
  • The upload area becomes empty.
  • The “Merge” button cannot be used.

As a result, I am unable to merge any documents.

I have already tried:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Repeating the upload multiple times
  • Checking my internet connection
  • Using the same browser session again

The issue persists.

Could you please verify whether this is a temporary service issue or something related to my account?

The tool is currently unusable for me.

We understand that after uploading your Word documents in the Merger tool, the files disappear and the Merge button becomes unavailable. This issue affects your ability to merge documents.

As a subscribed user, we will verify your account status and investigate the problem. Please attach a small sample of the files you tried to merge (or a few test files) so our team can reproduce the behavior.

In the meantime, please try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page, as this often resolves temporary access issues for paid accounts.

We have great news! The issue you reported earlier (filed as APPS-3492), which was preventing the application from working, has been successfully fixed.
