Error while converting DOCX to PDF – “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

Hello,

I’m getting an error while trying to convert a DOCX file to PDF using the Aspose web app. The upload works fine, but when I click “Convert,” it immediately fails with this message:

Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I’ve tried it with multiple DOCX files, even very simple ones with just a few lines of text. Still the same result. I also tested on different browsers (Chrome, Edge), cleared cache, and disabled extensions – no luck.

Hello.
At the moment, the service is working correctly, and we are not seeing this kind of error. Please try the conversion again.

For a more detailed analysis of the issue, we would need additional information from you: the exact time when you performed the operations, the username under which it was done, and if possible, the IP address from which the upload was made.
