Email App Does Not Function; MSG File Gets Uploaded But No Further Action

Hi,

I tried using MSG Metadata Viewer and Editor and uploaded my MSG file.

The file gets uploaded successfully.

But then one small RED box appears below file upload box without any message in it.

Please help.
