Tested with different browsers and different fonts, also with .woff and so on.
The error message is

Please take a look at this screenshot.png (28.9 KB). We cannot reproduce this issue using sample WOFF file. Could you please share the problematic file?

thank you for your fast response. Today there is no problem anymore, I tested with the same file(s).
