Thanks for your question.

I’m glad to be of service to you.

To download the resulting image (for example, in our PicResize app), after changing the width and height of the original image, please click the big green Download button. (Please see the attached picture ‘download_button.png’).

To download the output document in image format (such as in our Editor app), please click the green Download button to display the drop-down list and select the JPG output format. (Please see the attached picture ‘download_ddlist.png’).

If you are unable to download the image for some other reason, or if you are using another app of ours,
please let us know the details of your process. We will be glad to help you.

You can also check out our other apps - Work with Word Documents Online
As I said, we will be happy to be of service to you.

Hi Michael
I/m replying to you here as well. I searched how to add txt to a .png and your organisation was a result of the search.
I have added a .png document and added the text I wish to use.
There is no big green DOWNLOAD button and the links you have listed at the bottom of your email are unavailable.
Hopefully, you can help?

Many thanks

Thanks for your reply. I’m glad to be of service to you.

Thank you very much indeed for your explanation. Nice to know that the searching for how to add txt to .png brought you to us.

To better understand the app we are talking about, I also entered the search string “how to add txt to .png” in the Google.Com search engine. The Text on PNG app ended up at the top of the search results:

Here are my steps on how possible to add txt to .png:

  1. We select the file drag and drop component labeled “Drop or upload your file” and click on it:

  1. The “Open” dialog box will appear:

step 2.png

  1. We select the PNG image we want to use and click the “Open” button at the bottom right of the dialog box.

  2. The progress bar at the bottom of the app form will show us how many percent of the image has already been uploaded:

  1. The “Open” dialog box hides and the selected PNG image appears in the center of the app:

  1. We enter our text into the text field component:

step 6.png

  1. We click the “Add text” button to begin the process of adding text:

  1. The progress bar at the bottom of the app form will show us how many percent of the process of adding text is completed.

  2. A new panel will appear with a “Download Now” button:

  1. We click on the “Download Now” button to start the download process.

  2. The download process will be invisible. The resulting image with added text will appear in the ‘Downloads’ folder on my PC:

step 11.png

In my experiment, the resulting file name is ‘e794d680-5b2a-4482-8056-00f7a3cc7ea2_cat.png’.

In case that I described the wrong app, and you are using another one, please let us know the address of your app. This is an address that looks like this: Add text on PNG online free

I have attached some images to illustrate the steps. The links are also at the bottom of this answer. If to click on these links, an invisible download process starts, and the downloaded files also appear in the ‘Downloads’ folder on my PC. To find this ‘Downloads’ folder, I can follow the full path - ‘C:\Users\Mike\Downloads’

If the links I provided at the bottom of my email are not available, please try to click on them in the forum post where the answer is also published.

I hope I could help you.

If you have any other questions, please write to us.
We are always glad to be of service to you.

Hi Michael
Thanks for your patience.
Above are screen shots of my attempts! As you can see there is no big green button or download option.
I cannot read the files you attached as they are private to the ‘sender’
