I am an employee of RBC Bank. One of my team members used an Aspose web API for file data conversion. During the API call, a few files got uploaded to your API. Our security team marked the web API file transfer as a data leak and security concern. I would like your help to connect with someone in your team on the security side and get a confirmation on what happens to the uploaded data, is the data stored on any of your servers?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
