Converting .rtf or .docx to plan text retaining table structure and spacing

I wanted to convert .rtf or .docx to plan text i tried converting using online tool

Convert DOC to TXT Online

but its not able to retain table spacing attached is sample image for table

expectation is to create a plan text file but retain space and new line.
Basically i should be able to read table content easily
