Convert .MSG to .EML

Hi Team,
We are from Chubb Insurance NA. We were evaluating the Aspose.Email to convert .MSG to .EML. This library is sporadically failing to convert the image contents (embedded) within .MSG. So we are receiving .EML with missing images that of good importance. We are about to purchase the license, but need to be sure if the library would be able to handle our requirements.
