apple is holding me hostage. I would like to convert my thousands of notes into a set of single text files in ONE to FOUR steps total. None of this onesie into PDF forever nonsense

Notes is a MacOS app.

Notes uses some kind of database. It needs your help to batch-export to textfiles or markup text files.
