Comparing PDFs with Google Drive links

Helo, I need to compare 2 PDFs about 1,2 Go each (lot of images). A message alert states I need to use Goggle Drive links for example for large files. But links to Google Drive locations are not accepted by the windows online. What do I have to do to compare through GDrive links ?
