The “Unexpected error” message on the OST to PST conversion page may be related either to a corrupted OST file or some internal limitations.
To help us investigate the issue, could you please clarify the following:
- Size of your OST file
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- At which exact stage does the error occur
It would also be very helpful if you could share a sample of the problematic file that triggers the error.
