Aspose.GIS app not working

The Aspose GIS Service was working last week, and no longer available. Is the Server Down or Under Maintenance?

Have you been able to replicate the Server not being available? I tried it again this AM, but the site times out without connecting to the Server.

Yes, this issue is already reproduced at our end and it’s still under investigation.

This App is once again not responding via this link, https://products.aspose.app/gis/conversion/kml-to-gpx , has there been any progress in resolving the avaiability and stability of the app?

You had mentioned 3 weeks ago that I would be notified of updates and resolution for ticket GISAPP-1228, but there appears no progress has been made. Is that the status?

Sorry for the inconvience. Yes, we could see that the app is still not working. We are further investigating this issue.

Is there going to be any remedy to this issue at all. This is crazy how long this issue has been going on for and your team still hasnt been able to find a fix. Is there any other site or program we can use to get the same results as this GIS site. Is there at least an update on what is going on.
