I apologize if this is the incorrect place to seek help or if this is not formatted correctly. I am not a very tech savvy person and I primarily use Aspose’s imaging apps for my freelance work.
I had trouble with using Aspose’s animated webp service, I have been trying since last night to input two files (both of which are about 3.6mb) to animate, and it has been loading for over two hours, even longer on multiple occasions. I have not been able to make a WebP nor an animated gif. I am not sure what the problem is, because I have used Aspose for much larger files, and when I tried other pngs they did not load either. It doesn’t appear to be an issue on my end as I had other people test for me with no luck. I am not given an error code of any sort, just infinite loading.
